We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was close to all the main historic attractions and conveniently near public transport. We especially loved that it was near a tram station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean and bright room with a smart TV. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. The staff were superb and very kind, making us feel like we were part of a family.

The location was excellent, close to transport and shopping. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Complimentary Turkish hamam and sauna. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Excellent customer service, morning and night shifts were incredibly helpful and kind. Comfortable and clean bed in the suite. Magnificent shower and included slippers. Each room had its own mini fridge with drinks and snacks. Great location close to major tourist attractions.

I had a great stay at Diamond Royal Hotel. The location was excellent, just a block away from the Tram stop and within a short walk to all the important attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the small but nice balcony. The hotel staff were friendly and were really good too make my stay enjoyable, arranged a shuttle to the airport for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring all the must-see attractions in the city. We were within walking distance of popular landmarks like Haiga Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi. the hotel was just a short 3-minute walk to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had free WiFi available throughout, great to stay connected.
That the room was not soundproof, so we could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms.

The rooms are clean and bright, with a smart TV and daily cleaning service. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the internet connection is fast and stable. the staff is helpful and accommodating.
Some rooms may need a bit of maintenance, such as paint touch-ups and carpet repairs.

This hotel in the heart of the old town offers incredible value for money. The attention to detail is evident in the beautifully furnished rooms, some of which even have a balcony. And let's not forget the delicious Turkish tea that is included in the breakfast spread - it's a treat not to be missed!
